Nicole’s place was beautiful! It’s close to a private beach, great restaurants, and has a nice pool. The communication was excellent, and overall it was a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend!

The place was so clean and perfect. The whole place smelled so good. The king size bed was so comfortable and soft. The home was very inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. She had 2 chairs for the beach and towels too. She also had an ice chest and the refrigerator has an ice maker. She was very nice and attentive to our needs and she responded to us in a timely manner. The place is on the bottom and easy access. She has a coffee pot/Keurig by the cup which was amazing. The beach access was amazing too. If you stay in her place will feel right at home like we did. Her place was very quiet. When the neighbors up stairs was a little loud outside we didn’t hear a thing in her place. I would recommend to get in early when you need a place to park, sometimes there is not enough parking in front of her place. But there is plenty of parking at other buildings. We are very pleased and will book again with her.

We had an amazing time, starting with Nicole, communication was quick and she answered all of our questions. The place was everything she described, very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet, and people are friendly. Beach was just across the street, we had a coffe place within walking distance. Dave's restaurant, and even karaoke Wednesday nights at another place, everything was within walking distance. Miramar beach never disappoint us 😊❤️
